Everyone who shows up, participates as much or as little as they want and the Higher Power does the rest.  With 500 hour Dharma Mittra Yoga certification and 25 years of teaching experience, this is a class you don’t want to miss!  Join us on Thursday, November 19th at 3pm PST / 6pm EST for a 90 minute class as Tahji guides us through a gentle and beautiful flow from the Yoga Den with the Yoga Den community.

Jessica Darrow:  Lovingkindness Meditation

After a car accident crushed both of Jessica’s feet in a car accident, she found yoga and meditation to support her pain management and overall, well-being.  Because of the difference these healing modalities made in her life, Jessica got certified to teach yoga and meditation to share their magic with others.
